To reset your Spectrum Email password, go to the Spectrum login page and click "Forgot Username or Password?" Follow the prompts to verify your identity and create a new password. You'll need access to your recovery email or phone number.

Download the Spectrum Email app from your device's app store. Open the app and enter your Spectrum Email address and password. For manual setup, use IMAP settings: incoming server - mobile.charter.net, outgoing server - mobile.charter.net, both with SSL enabled.
Use Spectrum's built-in spam filter by marking unwanted emails as spam. Avoid sharing your email address publicly, use unique aliases for different services, and never respond to suspicious emails. You can also adjust spam filter settings in your account preferences.
